- Install the rear door
stationary window into the door.
- Seat the stationary window against the door frame.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the 3 stationary
window fasteners in sequence.
Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 5 N·m (44 lb in).
- Install the division post
lower bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the division post lower bolt to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
- Install the run channel into the retainer starting at the center-pillar
and working across the header.
- Working downward from the center-pillar install the rest of the
run channel.
- Install the window into the retainer clamps on the window regulator.
- Slide the window into the stationary window run channel.
Tighten
Tighten the window retainer clamp bolts to 11 N·m (98 lb in).
- Install the rear door front window channel. Refer to

- Install the rear door window garnish molding. Refer to
Rear Door Opening Frame Garnish Molding Replacement

- Install the rear door window inner belt molding. Refer to
Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement

- Install the water deflector. Refer to
Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement
.
- Install the door trim panel. Refer to
Door Trim Panel Replacement
