- Install the front fender (1)
to the vehicle.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the bolts (2)
that retain the upper portion of the front fender (1).
Tighten
Tighten the bolts (2) to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
- Install the nut (3)
that retains the upper rear portion of the front fender (2).
Tighten
Tighten the nut (3) to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
- Install the bolts (3)
that retain the lower rear portion of the front fender (2).
Tighten
Tighten the bolts (3) to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
- Install the bolt (2)
that retain the lower front portion of the front fender (1).
Tighten
Tighten the bolt (2) to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

- Install the hood. Refer to

- Install the front fender to hood seal. Refer to

- Install the rear outer hood seal. Refer to

- Install the front wheelhouse panel. Refer to

- Install the front fender sound insulator. Refer to

- Install the rocker panel molding. Refer to

- Install the headlamp. Refer to
