Did you perform the Instrument Cluster Diagnostic System Check?

  1. Disconnect the left front door jamb switch connector.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to RUN.

Measure the voltage between connector terminal B CKT 745 (GRY/BLK) and ground.

Does the measured voltage equal the specified value?

10-15V

Go to Step 5

Inspect CKT 745 (GRY/BLK) for an open or a short to ground.

Is the wiring OK?

Go to Step 6

Repair the wiring on CKT 745 (GRY/BLK).

Did you complete the repair?

Measure the voltage between the left front door latch assembly connector terminal B CKT 745 (GRY/BLK) and terminal D CKT 351 (BLK/WHT)

Does the measured voltage equal the specified value?

10-15V

Go to Step 10

Inspect the connector C2 terminal B for proper terminal contact.

Is the terminal OK?

Replace the driver door module.

Inspect CKT 351(BLK/WHT) for an open.

Is the wiring OK?

Repair the wiring on CKT 351 (BLK/WHT).

Inspect the left front door latch assembly connector for proper terminal contact.

Is the terminal OK?

Replace the left from the door latch assembly.
