Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 294832 Size: SH

    Important: Do not let the overhead console hang from the flat wire harness.

  1. Carefully pull down on the overhead console to release the four retainer clips.
  2. Disconnect the flat wire electrical connector.
  3. Disconnect the cell phone microphone connector (if equipped).
  4. Remove the overhead console.
  5. Remove the three screws from the lamp retainer.

    6. Object Number: 294839 Size: SH

    Important: Care should be taken when rotating the lamp retainer not to snag or rip the flat wire harness.

  6. Rotate the lamp retainer from right to left.
  7. Replace the necessary bulb.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 294832 Size: SH

    Important: Care should be taken when rotating the lamp retainer not to snag or rip the flat wire harness.

  1. Rotate the lamp retainer back into place.
  2. Install the three screws.

    3. Object Number: 294839 Size: SH
  3. Connect the flat wire harness.
  4. Connect the cell phone microphone connector (if equipped).
  5. Install the overhead console into the opening in the headliner.
  6. Push in on the overhead console to engage the four retainer clips.
