The tire has a blister or bump.

Replace the tire as neccessary. Refer to Tire Mounting and Dismounting in Tire and Wheel.

The brake components are out of balance.

Service and/or replace as needed.

The strut is weak.

Service and/or replace as needed.

The drive axle is worn or damaged.

Inspect and service as needed.
