Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

Tighten
Tighten the drive belt tensioner bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

Tighten
Tighten the air conditioning compressor front mounting stud to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

Tighten

1. Tighten the air conditioning compressor front mounting nut to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
2. Tighten the air conditioning compressor front mounting bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
3. Tighten the air conditioning compressor side upper mounting bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
4. Tighten the air conditioning compressor side lower mounting bolt to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

Tighten

1. Tighten the generator front upper mounting bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
2. Tighten the generator side front mounting bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
3. Tighten the generator side rear mounting bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
4. Tighten the generator front lower mounting bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

Tighten
Tighten the generator coolant lower pipe bracket bolt to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

Important: You MUST push the power steering pump toward the rear of the engine as much as possible before tightening the bolt.

Tighten
Tighten the power steering pump bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

Tighten
Tighten the accessory belt idler bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
