Removal Procedure
- Remove the rear shelf trim from inside of the rear storage compartment. Refer to Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.
- Push on the retainer at the rear edge of the bracket and slide towards the driver's side.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors from modules on the bracket.
- Remove the RKE module (1) from the bracket (2).
Installation Procedure
- Slide the RKE module (1) into the bracket (2).
- Reconnect all the electrical connectors.
- Install the bracket to the rear shelf.
- Install the rear storage compartment trim. Refer to Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.
- Program the RKE module. Refer to Transmitter Programming .
