  1. Connect the scan tool.
  2. Access I/P Cluster scan tool data list input menu.
  3. Turn the ignition switch to RUN position.
  4. Turn the left turn signal input.

Does the left turn signal input indicate ON?

Test CKT 14 (LT BLU) for an open between connector C201 terminal A7 and instrument cluster connector C1 terminal B12.

Is the wiring OK?

Turn on the right turn signal.

Does the right turn signal input indicate ON?

Repair the open circuit.

Did you complete the repair?

Inspect connector C201 terminal A7 and instrument cluster connector C1 terminal B12 for poor terminal contact.

Are the connections OK?

Inspect CKT 15 (DK BLU) for an open between connector C201 terminal B7 and instrument cluster connector C1 terminal B11.

Is the wiring OK?

Replace the instrument cluster.
