Remove Procedure

    Object Number: 130784 Size: SH
  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  2. Remove the upper filler panel. Refer to Filler Panel Replacement - Upper in Body Front End.
  3. Remove the radiator brackets.
  4. Remove the hood latch bracket. Refer to Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement in Body Front End.
  5. Remove the headlamps. Refer to Headlamp Replacement in Body Front End.

    6. Object Number: 130760 Size: SH
  6. Tilt the radiator forward to gain access to the inlet radiator hose clamp.
  7. Disconnect the inlet radiator hose from the radiator.

    8. Object Number: 130761 Size: SH
  8. Disconnect the inlet radiator hose from the engine.
  9. Remove the inlet radiator hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 130761 Size: SH
  1. Install the inlet radiator hose to the engine.

    2. Object Number: 130760 Size: SH
  2. Install the inlet radiator hose to the radiator.
  3. Reposition the radiator to its original location.

    4. Object Number: 130784 Size: SH
  4. Install the radiator brackets.
  5. Install the upper filler panel. Refer to Filler Panel Replacement - Upper in Body Front End.
  6. Install the hood latch bracket. Refer to Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement in Body Front End.
  7. Install the headlamps. Refer to Headlamp Replacement in Body Front End.
  8. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
