SUBJECT: BOSE CASSETTE (OPTION UU2) RADIO WHINE OR WHISTLE NOISE (EXCHANGE RECEIVER)

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1991 E, K

Some 1991 Eldorados and Sevilles equipped with Bose cassette radios built before VIN breakpoints 604897 and 804918 respectively, may experience a whine or whistle type noise when tuned to FM radio stations. This condition may be caused by an internal radio condition.

To repair this condition exchange the receiver.
