Removal Procedure

    Warning: Refer to SIR Warning in the Preface section.

  1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 729862 Size: SH
  2. Remove the seat belt buckle fasteners (1) and remove the seat belt buckles (2).
  3. Disconnect the wiring connection to the left and right seat belt buckles.
  4. Remove the rear seat belt buckles (2) from the floor pan.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 729862 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear seat belt buckles (2) to the floor pan and tighten to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).
  2. Connect the left and right rear seat belt buckle electrical connectors.
  3. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement.
