Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 928132 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front compartment sight shield as necessary. Refer to Front Compartment Sight Shields Replacement.
  2. Remove the oil level indicator.
  3. Loosen the oil level indicator tube bolt.
  4. Pull the oil level indicator tube from the crankcase.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 928132 Size: SH
  1. Replace the oil level indicator tube O-ring.
  2. Install the oil level indicator tube.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the oil level indicator tube bolt and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
  4. Install the oil level indicator.
  5. Install the front compartment sight shield as necessary. Refer to Front Compartment Sight Shields Replacement.
