Misdiagnoses may occur when investigating a fuel gauge concern as the result of a Tech 2 software error. Software version 27.005 and previous versions display the primary fuel tank level sensor voltage for the primary and secondary levels

Engineering is aware of this concern and repair for future software releases is being investigated.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
