Front Side Door Sill Name Plate Assembly

Procedure

1. Use a plastic flat-bladed tool to remove the sill plate decal.
2. Remove the old adhesive from the door sill mounting area with alcohol prior to installing the new sill plate.
3. Replacement decal has a protective backing on front and underside face of part.
4. Align inboard tabs on part with door seal to locate part cross car.
5. Align protective covering with body feature.
6. Press sill name plate down to ensure proper tape wet out.
7. Remove upper backing paper from decal and inspect sill plate for air pockets.
