Service VME - Rear Liftgate Washer Inoperative , (Nozzle Clogged - Replace Nozzle ) - kw endgate motor wiper

When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

We have received rear wiper motor assemblies at the Warranty Parts Center where the customer concern is inoperative rear washer due to the rear nozzle being plugged. The nozzle is available as a service part (part number 12335989). Grasp the nozzle and pull straight out to remove it. If the nozzle is broken off in the motor, it can be extracted with a small sheet metal screw threaded into the broken portion and pulled straight out.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed. If these steps do not resolve the condition, please contact GM TAC for further diagnostic assistance. This diagnostic approach was developed for the vehicle with the VIN you entered and should not be automatically be used for other vehicles with similar symptoms.
