Notice: The air hose test should only be used on fully cured urethane adhesive.
Otherwise, damage to the urethane adhesive bead could result in additional
leaks.
- Use fluid solvent, dilute it with water in the spray bottle, and spray the window at the edge. Start from the bottom and gradually move upward and pass through the top.
Important: The compressed air pressure should not exceed 205 kPa (30 psi).
- Have an assistant inside of the vehicle with an air pressure hose.
- Have the assistant aim the compressed air at the suspected areas.
- Soap solution at the leakage location will form bubbles.
