The 1993 Labor Time Guide microfiche was distributed and mailed on October 5, 1992. Many changes have been made to the 1993 LTG, including:
0 New art work for Fleetwood Brougham for Exterior Paint Guide and Exterior Trim.
0 Many new labor codes for the Fleetwood Brougham as indicated by the (0) symbol.
0 New Labor Operations in Automatic Transaxle Hydra-Matic 4T80-E Section.
0 Qualifiers for the 4.6L Northstar engine (codes 9 and Y) and 4.9L engine (code B) for some of the Labor Operations in the Engine Cooling, Engine Electrical, Engine Fuel, and Engine Emissions Sections. Likewise, some labor codes are excluded from the 4.6L in these sections. Samples of each statement are shown on the reverse side.
The New Vehicle Inspection operation Z7000 has been changed since the LTG was published. The Add condition "To Install Locking Wire Wheel Covers" has been deleted.
All dealerships were sent one copy of the LTG microfiche unless additional copies were ordered. If additional copies of microfiche or paper copies are required, refer to the procedures outlined in GRAM Program DSIB 90-I-8.
If you have any questions or concerns about the LTG, please contact Ann Haener-Maghran at (313) 554-6946.

General Motors bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, not a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform those technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions and know-how to do a job properly and safely. If a condition is described, do not assume that the bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have that condition. See a General Motors dealer servicing your brand of General Motors vehicle for information on whether your vehicle may benefit from the information.
