Corporate Bulletin Number 00-08-64-012 is being canceled due to the ineffective correction listed in the bulletin. If you encounter the condition listed above, your first step should be to check for a loose battery cable. Many times simply tightening the cable will correct this condition. If the battery cable is not loose or tightening it does not correct the condition, refer to the diagnostic procedures in SI before attempting any repairs.
