  1. Connect a scan tool to the data link connector.
  2. Close and open the right front passenger door.

Is the passenger door jamb switch input ON when the passenger door is open?

  1. Disconnect the IPC connector C1.
  2. Connect a DMM from the IPC connector C1 terminal A5 battery positive voltage.
  3. Place the passenger doors in the ajar position.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

  1. Disconnect the right front door jamb switch.
  2. Connect a DMM from the RH door lock actuator connector C1 terminal C to ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

Go to Step 6

Replace the right door lock actuator. Refer to Right Door Lock Actuator Replacement in Doors.

Did you complete the repair?

10-15 V

Repair the open in CKT 746. Refer to Wiring Repairs .
