Does the garage Door Opener operate the customers receiver?

Go to Step 4

1. Ask the customer to retest the operation of the garage door opener transmitter.
2. If still inoperative call 1-800-355-3515 for further assistance.

Is the repair complete?

1. Make sure any components removed during diagnosis are installed in place and that all connectors are connected.
2. Repeat the system check. Refer to Garage Door Opener System Check .
