Removal Procedure
- Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
- Remove the instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.
- The AIR BAG Warning Indicator cannot be service separately. The instrument cluster must be service as a complete unit.
Installation Procedure
- Install new instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.
- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
- Notice if the AIR BAG Warning Indicator flashes seven times then turns OFF.
- If AIR BAG Warning Indicator stays on perform the SIR Diagnostic System Check .
