Removal Procedure
  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in Restraints.
  2. Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement in Restraints.
  3. Remove the 2 Torx® bolts.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector.

    5. Object Number: 323518 Size: SH
  5. Remove the control (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 323518 Size: SH
  1. Install the control (1).
  2. Connect the electrical connector.
  3. Install the 2 Torx® bolts.
  4. Install the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement in Restraints.
  5. Enable the SIR. Refer to Enabling the SIR System in Restraints.
