GM Service Manual Online
For 1990-2009 cars only

Most GM vehicles have steel belted All Seasons radial tires as standard equipment. These tires are identified by an M+S molded into the tire sidewall. The tire size and the TPC specification number are also located in the tire sidewall. All Seasons radial tires qualify as snow tires. All Seasons have a 37 percent higher average rating for snow traction than non-All Seasons radial tires. The following performance areas are also improved slightly:

    • Wet traction
    • Rolling resistance
    • Tread life
    • Air retention
