For 1990-2009 cars only
- Using a sharp tool, scribe the inboard surface of the strut along the upper knuckle radius (1).
- Scribe the knuckle along the lower curve of the strut (3).
- Make a scribe mark across the strut/knuckle interface (2).
- On reassembly, carefully match the marks to the components.
