Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 1999 🢒 Eldorado 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.6L 🢒 Intake Manifold Disassemble

    Object Number: 205484 Size: SH

    Important: The following steps are only necessary if the throttle body or intake manifold require replacement.

  1. Remove the upper (2) and lower (3) throttle body (4) to spacer (1) retaining bolts.

    2. Object Number: 205480 Size: SH
  2. Remove the throttle body gasket (1) and discard. Make sure all gasket material is removed from the throttle body (3) and intake manifold.

    3. Object Number: 350281 Size: SH
  3. Remove the MAP sensor from the top of the spacer mounting location.

    4. Object Number: 205474 Size: SH
  4. Remove the throttle body spacer retaining bolts (2) and throttle body spacer (1) from the intake manifold.

    5. Object Number: 315073 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect the fuel injector connector from each fuel injector.
  6. Remove the fuel injector wire harness.

    7. Object Number: 205428 Size: SH
  7. Disconnect the eight fuel rail snap lock retainers by squeezing the tab and lifting the fuel rail simultaneously.

    8. Object Number: 211456 Size: SH
  8. Disconnect the fuel regulator vacuum tube.

    9. Object Number: 331876 Size: SH
  9. Remove the power brake booster vacuum hose.

    10. Object Number: 205463 Size: SH
  10. Lift the entire fuel rail and injector assembly from the intake manifold when all eight snap lock retainers are released. Keep the fuel rail ground wire (1) clear of the manfold.
