Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the interior trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement.

Rod, Outside Door Handle

Tip
Release the handle rod retainer with a flat-bladed tool.

Nut, Rear Side Door Outside Handle (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
7 N·m (62 lb in)

Handle, Rear Outside Door

Tip
Transfer the handle rod to the new handle.
