Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2001 🢒 Catera 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.0L (L81) 🢒 Camshaft Removal - Left Side
  1. Remove the camshaft bearing cap bolts.

    2. Object Number: 159116 Size: SH
  2. Remove the camshaft bearing caps. Note the code marks on the bearing caps (R1, R2, R3, etc.).

    3. The bearing caps for the passenger side cylinder head are marked with an L, followed by a number.

    The bearing caps for the drivers side cylinder head are marked with an R, followed by a number.

  3. Remove the camshafts with the seal attached.
  4. Remove the camshaft seal.
