Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 168270 Size: SH
  1. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the Rear window trim panel. Refer to Rear Window Trim Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.
  3. Remove the left rear compartment side trim (for left rear sunroof drain hose). Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Left Side in Body Rear End.
  4. Remove the right rear compartment side trim (for right rear sunroof drain hose). Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side in Body Rear End.
  5. Disconnect the rear sunroof drain hose from the sunroof module rear spigot.
  6. Release the rear sunroof drain hose from the retainers.
  7. Remove the rear sunroof drain hose from the rear compartment. Pull the sunroof drain hose from the grommet in the rear body panel.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 168270 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear sunroof drain hose to the rear compartment. Press the sunroof drain hose to the grommet in the rear body panel.
  2. Connect the rear sunroof drain hose to the retainers.
  3. Connect the rear sunroof drain hose to the sunroof module rear spigot.
  4. Inspect the rear sunroof drain hose for proper routing.
  5. Install the right rear compartment side trim (for right rear sunroof drain hose). Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side in Body Rear End.
  6. Install the left rear compartment side trim (for left rear sunroof drain hose). Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Left Side in Body Rear End.
  7. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
