Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the front hinge pillar trim panels. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.

    3. Object Number: 168270 Size: SH

    Important: Note the routing of the front sunroof drain hoses before removal.

  3. Disconnect the front sunroof drain hoses from the sunroof module spigots.
  4. Tie a string to the module end of the sunroof drain hose to aid in the installation of the new drain hose.
  5. Remove the sunroof drain hose from the front door hinge pillar. Pull the hose from the floor, allowing the string to remain in the hinge pillar.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 168270 Size: SH
  1. Tie the string to the front sunroof drain hose at the sunroof module.
  2. Install the front sunroof drain hose, by pulling the string from the floor and routing the front sunroof drain hose through the front hinge pillar.
  3. Remove the string from the front sunroof drain hose.
  4. Connect the front sunroof drain hose to the sunroof module spigot.
  5. Inspect the front sunroof drain hose for proper routing.
  6. Install the front hinge pillar trim panels. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  7. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
