Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2001 🢒 Catera 🢒 Body and Accessories 🢒 Seats 🢒 Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Cover Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement .
  2. Remove the front seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  3. Remove the headrest restraint. Refer to Front Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
  4. Remove the release knob and bezel if equipped. Refer to Front Seat Back Release Knob and Bezel Replacement .
  5. Remove the lumbar support actuator knob. Refer to Lumbar Support Knob Replacement .
  6. Remove the front seat back panel. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Back Cushion Finish Panel Replacement .
  7. Remove the inflatable restraint front seat module if equipped. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module Replacement - Left Side or Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module Replacement - Right Side in Restraints.
  8. Remove the seat back cover.
  9. Remove the front seat back inner liner. Refer to Seat Back Liner Replacement - Front Inner .
  10. Remove the front seat back headrest restraint release tab retainers using a flat-bladed tool, being carefull not damage cover.

    11. Object Number: 246279 Size: SH
  11. Remove the front seat back retaining rings.

    12. Object Number: 246284 Size: SH
  12. Remove the front seat back cushion cover.
  13. Remove heated seat pad wiring through seat cushion pad.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install heated seat pad wiring through seat cushion pad.

    2. Object Number: 246284 Size: SH
  2. Install the front seat back cushion cover.

    3. Object Number: 246279 Size: SH
  3. Install the front seat back retaining rings.
  4. Install new front seat back headrest restraint release tab retainers.
  5. Install the seat back cover.
  6. Install the front seat back inner liner. Refer to Seat Back Liner Replacement - Front Inner .
  7. Install the inflatable restraint front seat module if equipped. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module Replacement - Left Side or Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module Replacement - Right Side in Restraints.
  8. Install the front seat back panel. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Back Cushion Finish Panel Replacement .
  9. Install lumbar support actuator knob. Grasp knob and push inward to secure.
  10. Install release knob and bezel if equipped. Refer to Front Seat Back Release Knob and Bezel Replacement .
  11. Install the front seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  12. Install a headrest restraint. Refer to Front Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
  13. Install the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement .
