When one adjuster reaches maximum travel before the other, the adjusters are out of phase. Out of phase adjusts can occur from improper assembly.

1. Operate horizontal, vertical and tilt switches until adjuster reaches full forward, full upward, and full rear tilt position.
2. Detach the drive shafts from the seat adjusters. Refer to Seat Horizontal and Vertical Drive Cable Replacement .
3. Operate adjusters to full forward, full upward, full tilt position by hand using the driveshaft or by inserting driveshaft into actuator motor and operating actuator motor until the adjusters reach full position.
4. Connect driveshafts to the seat adjusters. Refer to Seat Horizontal and Vertical Drive Cable Replacement .
