Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 245922  Size: SH
  1. Release the rear seat center shoulder belt latch to buckle.
  2. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement in Seats.

  3. Object Number: 245991  Size: SH
  4. Remove the bolts from the rear seat belt buckles.
  5. Remove the rear seat belt buckles.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 245991  Size: SH
  1. Install the rear seat belt buckles.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install bolts to the rear seat belt buckles.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the rear seat belt buckle bolts to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).

  5. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement in Seats.

  7. Reconnect the rear seat center shoulder belt latch to buckle.
