Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 162634 Size: SH
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the rear fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  3. Use a long thin flat-bladed to unhook the clip from the pin (1).
  4. Remove the rear bumper impact bar pins (1).
  5. Remove the rear bumper impact bar (2).

  6. Remove the rear bumper fascia support.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 162689 Size: SH
  1. Hook the rear bumper fascia support over the impact bar.

    2. Object Number: 162634 Size: SH
  2. Install the rear bumper impact bar (2).
  3. Install the rear bumper impact bar pins (1).
  4. Install the clip to the impact bar pin (1).
  5. Install the rear fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  6. Lower the vehicle.
