Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 159445 Size: SH
  1. Remove the lower oil pan. Refer to Lower Oil Pan Replacement in Engine Mechanical-3.0L.
  2. Disconnect the oil level sensor connector.
  3. Remove the C-clip (1) which connects the oil level sensor wire from the upper oil pan.
  4. Remove the lower oil pan sensor from the upper oil pan.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 159445 Size: SH
  1. Install the oil level sensor to the upper oil pan.
  2. Connect the oil level sensor connector.
  3. Install the C-clip (1) which connects the oil level sensor wire to the upper oil pan.
  4. Install the lower oil pan. Refer to Lower Oil Pan Replacement in Engine Mechanical-3.0L.
