J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
2. Remove the sealing strip from the air inlet grille.
3. Remove the air inlet grille.
4. Open the access door near the pollen filter.



5. Disconnect the inlet heater hose quick connect from the heater core pipe.
6. Remove the hose retainers from the heater hoses.
7. Remove the heater hose clamp from the electric circulation pump using J 38185 .
8. Remove the inlet heater hose from the electric circulation pump.

1. Install the inlet heater hose to the electric circulation pump.
2. Install the heater hose clamp to the electric circulation pump using J 38185 .
3. Install the hose retainers to the heater hoses.



4. Connect the inlet heater hose quick connect to the heater core pipe.
5. Close the access door.
6. Install the air inlet grille.
7. Install the sealing strip to the air inlet grille.
8. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
