The ABS Scan Tool Data Definitions contain a brief description of all the ABS/TCS scan tool parameters. This list is in alphanumeric order.

Battery Voltage: The scan tool displays battery volts- This display is the voltage at the EBCM.

Brake Lamp Switch State: The scan tool displays On/Off - This parameter indicates the state of the brake switch.

Delivered Engine Torque: The scan tool displays percent (%)- The scan tool displays the duty cycle of the Requested Torque PWM Signal. The duty cycle of the signal is used to transmit how much engine torque the ECM is delivering to the EBCM. Normal values are between 10 and 90 percent duty cycle. The signal is at low values (approximately 10 percent) at idle and at higher values under driving conditions.

LF Inlet Valve Solenoid: The scan tool displays Active or Inactive - This display is the commanded state of the LF inlet solenoid valve.

LF Outlet Valve Solenoid: The scan tool displays Active or Inactive - This display is the commanded state of the LF outlet solenoid valve.

LF Valve Solenoids: The scan tool displays Hold/Release/Apply - This display is the commanded state of the combined LF inlet and outlet solenoid valves. It also gives an indication of the hydraulic mode of the valves.

Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor: The scan tool displays Km/h/mph - This display is the actual speed of the left front wheel.

LR Inlet Valve Solenoid: The scan tool displays Active or Inactive - This display is the commanded state of the LR inlet solenoid valve.

LR Outlet Valve Solenoid: The scan tool displays Active or Inactive - This display is the commanded state of the LR outlet solenoid valve.

LR Valve Solenoids: The scan tool displays Hold/Release/Apply - This display is the commanded state of the combined LR inlet and outlet solenoid valves. It also gives an indication of the hydraulic mode of the valves.

Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor: The scan tool displays Km/h/mph - This display is the actual speed of the left rear wheel.

RF Inlet Valve Solenoid: The scan tool displays Active or Inactive - This display is the commanded state of the RF inlet solenoid valve.

RF Outlet Valve Solenoid: The scan tool displays Active or Inactive - This display is the commanded state of the RF outlet solenoid valve.

RF Valve Solenoids: The scan tool displays Hold/Release/Apply - This display is the commanded state of the combined RF inlet and outlet solenoid valves. It also gives an indication of the hydraulic mode of the valves.

Right Front Wheel Speed: The scan tool displays Km/h/mph - This display is the actual speed of the right front wheel.

RR Inlet Valve Solenoid: The scan tool displays Active or Inactive - This display is the commanded state of the RR inlet solenoid valve.

RR Outlet Valve Solenoid: The scan tool displays Active or Inactive - This display is the commanded state of the RR outlet solenoid valve.

RR Valve Solenoids: The scan tool displays Hold/Release/Apply - This display is the commanded state of the combined RR inlet and outlet solenoid valves. It also gives an indication of the hydraulic mode of the valves.

Right Rear Wheel Speed: The scan tool displays Km/h/mph - This display is the actual speed of the right rear wheel.

Return Pump Relay: The scan tool displays On/Off - This display is the commanded state of the return pump relay.

TCS Switch State: The scan tool displays On/Off - This display determines the mode of the traction control switch.

Valve Relay: The scan tool displays Volts - This display indicates the voltage of the valve relay switch.

Valve Relay State: The scan tool displays On/Off - This display is the commanded state of the valve relay.
