Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 389896 Size: SH
  1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  2. Remove the radiator inlet hose clamp from the radiator.
  3. Remove the radiator inlet hose (1) from the radiator.

    4. Object Number: 141934 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the auxiliary water pump electrical connector.
  5. Remove the auxiliary pump retaining clips.
  6. Remove the auxiliary pump from the primary fan housing.
  7. Remove the auxiliary pump hose clamps from the pump.
  8. Remove the auxiliary pump hoses from the pump.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 141934 Size: SH
  1. Install the auxiliary pump to the hoses.
  2. Install the auxiliary pump hose clamps.
  3. Install the auxiliary pump to the primary fan housing.
  4. Install the auxiliary pump retaining clips.
  5. Connect the auxiliary pump electrical connector.

    6. Object Number: 389896 Size: SH
  6. Install the radiator inlet hose (1) to the radiator.
  7. Install the radiator inlet hose clamp to the radiator.
  8. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
