Conditions for Setting the DTC
This code sets when the vehicle's battery voltage is continuously above
16.5 V or below 9.0 V.
Action Taken When the DTC Sets
During this period of voltage out-of-range, the detection of leveling
output and position out-of-range malfunction, the air replacement cycle (ARC),
intake and exhaust activities are disabled. This is necessary to prevent
erroneous detection of malfunction conditions due to engine crank or unusual
system voltage conditions.
Conditions for Clearing the DTC
• | The DTC will clear when the battery voltage returns to its nominal
range. |
Diagnostic Aids
• | The battery system should be checked for proper functionality. |
• | This code does not require the replacing of the automatic level
control (ALC) sensor. |
• | This code will not cause the LEVELING indicator lamp to flash. |
• | Make sure that the ALC sensor is receiving the correct voltage. |
• | Make sure that the ALC sensor has a good ground. |
