Go to Symptoms - Seats

1. Turn the ignition on.
2. Turn the front heated seat switches to the OFF position.

Do the front heated seats remain off?

Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems

Go to Step 3

1. Turn the seat heater switch to the OFF position.
2. Disconnect the seat cushion heater connector.
3. Measure for voltage at the following circuit terminals of the seat cushion heater harness connector. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

•	Seat heater on/off control circuit

•	Seat heater temperature control circuit

Is voltage present at both terminals?

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 5

Replace the seat heater switch. Refer to Front Seat Heater Switch Replacement .

Did you complete the replacement?

Go to Step 6

Replace the seat cushion heater. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Cushion Heater Replacement .

Did you complete the replacement?

Go to Step 6

Operate the system in order to verify the repair.

Did you correct the condition?
