The following is contained in this circuit:
• | The LH and RH front side door window switches. |
• | The LH and RH rear side door power window switches. |
• | A rear window lockout switch for the rear windows. |
• | Four side door window regulator motors. |
• | Four side door jamb switches. |
Fuse #1 supplies B+ to the LH and RH front side door window regulator
motors. Fuse #7 supplies B+ to the LH and RH rear side door window regulator
motors. Fuse #1 also supplies B+ to the LH front side door window switch.
Fuse #15 supplies voltage to the LH front window switch when the ignition
switch is in the ON position. Ground is supplied to the LH front side door
window switch by G200. Ground for the LH side front window switch enables
the Battery Saver Feature ( the power windows will operate with the key OFF
until a door is opened ). When any door is opened the corresponding door
jamb switch will send a ground to the LH front side door window switch.
Upon receiving the ground signal the LH front side door window switch will
disable all window regulator motors by removing voltage from the express
circuit of the regulator motors.
The LH and the RH front side door window switches are located in the
doors. The LH window switch can operate all the windows and includes a rear
window lockout switch. In addition, switches are located in the rear doors
to operate the rear windows. The rear window switches are operational only
when the rear window lockout switch is in the UNLOCK position. All the windows
switches send an up or down signal to a regulator motor to operate the particular
window up or down.
