J 5403 Snap Ring Pliers

1. Coat the O-rings with 525 viscosity refrigeration oil.
2. Using thumb pressure, push the O-rings in place.

Important: Ensure that the retaining ring is properly seated in the ring groove.

3. Using the J 5403 , install the valve retaining ring with the high point of the curved sides against the valve housing.
4. Perform a compressor test. Refer to Compressor Leak Testing .
