When one adjuster reaches maximum travel before the other, the adjusters are out of phase. Out of phase adjusts can occur from improper assembly.

1. Operate the horizontal, vertical and tilt switches until the adjuster reaches full forward, full upward, and full rear tilt positions.
2. Detach the drive shafts from the seat adjusters. Refer to Seat Horizontal and Vertical Drive Cable Replacement .
3. Operate the adjusters to full forward, full upward, full tilt positions using the driveshaft by hand or by inserting the driveshaft into the actuator motor and operating the actuator motor until the adjusters reach full position.
4. Connect the driveshafts to the seat adjusters. Refer to Seat Horizontal and Vertical Drive Cable Replacement .
