The electronic cruise control system is a speed control
system that maintains a desired speed under normal driving conditions. The
electronic cruise control system provides the following features:
Steep grades up or down may cause variations in selected speeds.
The cruise control feature allows you to maintain speeds
above 40 km/h (25 mph) without keeping your foot on the accelerator.
The cruise control will shut off under the following conditions:
• | When you apply the brake pedal. |
• | When you press the OFF button on the multifunction lever. |
