The Selector Lever is in Position 1.

Adjust the Selector Lever Position Switch/Shift Linkage.

An incorrectly adjusted Selector Level Position Switch/Shift Linkage.

Refer to DTC P0705 Trans Range Switch Circuit .

A blocked Solenoid Valve for the 1-2/3-4 Shift or the On-Off valve in the Valve Body Assembly.

1. Search for the blocked part.
2. Replace the blocked part.

Loss of fluid in Clutch C2 or in the Fluid Circuit. Only Recognizable upon Transmission removal and disassembly.

1. Search for the leaking part.
2. Replace the leaking part.
