Removal Procedure
  1. Position shift lever in NEUTRAL.
  2. Raise and suitably support vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.

    3. Object Number: 294531 Size: SH
  3. Remove clips securing rod to transmission and shift lever.
  4. Remove rod from transmission and shift lever.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 294531 Size: SH
  1. Install the rod to transmission and shift lever.
  2. Install the clips securing rod to transmission and shift lever.
  3. Adjust rod. Refer to Shift Control Linkage Adjustment .
  4. Lower the vehicle.
