DEFINITION: No Engine Braking with the Selector Lever in Position D and the transmission is in 3rd, or the Selector Lever in Position 3 and the transmission is in 3rd Gear, or the Selector Lever in Position 2 and the transmission is in 2nd Gear, or the Selector Lever is in Position 1 and the transmission is in 1st Gear.

Bridging Clutch for the 4th Gear (4th Gear Lockup Clutch) is defective or there is a loss of fluid in the Fluid Circuit.

Overhaul or replace the transmission.
