Intermittent Crank, No Start Cold (Replace IAC Valve)

Condition
Some owners may comment on an intermittent crank no start condition until the throttle is depressed on a cold engine.
Cause
The IAC valve may be sticking and not allowing sufficient air into the engine to start.
Correction
Replace the IAC valve. Torque the two screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in). Do Not Over Torque screws.
