Removal Procedure
  1. Set the parking brake.
  2. Move the gear selector to the full rear position (1st gear).
  3. Remove the I/P bezel. Refer to Accessory Trim Plate in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

    4. Object Number: 159571 Size: SH
  4. Remove the radio (2) mounting screws (1).

    5. Object Number: 159574 Size: SH
  5. Remove the radio (2) from the HVAC control head mounting bracket (1).

    6. Object Number: 159578 Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the antenna connector (1).
  7. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 159578 Size: SH
  1. Connect the wiring harness connector (2).
  2. Connect the antenna connector (1).

    3. Object Number: 159574 Size: SH
  3. Install the radio (2) into the HVAC control head mounting bracket (1).

    4. Object Number: 159571 Size: SH
  4. Install the radio mounting screws (1) until fully seated and not stripped.
  5. Install the I/P bezel. Refer to Accessory Trim Plate in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  6. Install the scan tool.
  7. Select RADIO THEFT from the SPECIAL FUNCTIONS menu.
  8. Follow the instructions on the screen.
