  1. Remove the cruise control cable from the heater hose clip (2).

    2. Object Number: 159750 Size: SH
  2. Open the cable adjusting lever (1).

    3. Object Number: 159754 Size: SH
  3. Slide the cable (1) together or apart in order to adjust the vertical endplay:

    4. Specification
    Vertical endplay (minimal deflection): 2.0 to 4.0 mm (0.08 to 0.16 in)

  4. Close the adjusting lever (1).

    5. Object Number: 159733 Size: SH
  5. Verify the cruise control system operation.

    6. Install the cruise control cable to the heater hose clip (2).
