Did you perform the Instrument Cluster System Check?

Go to Instrument Cluster System Check

1. Start the engine.
2. Disconnect the connector at the cooling fluid minimum capacity sensor (low coolant switch).

Is the low coolant level indicator ON?

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 4

Replace the cooling fluid minimum capacity sensor.

Is the replacement complete?

Go to Step 5

--

1. Disconnect the connector from the gauge cluster.
2. Test for a short to ground in circuit XP2.
3. If OK, replace the gauge cluster.

Is the repair or replacement complete?

Go to Step 5

--

1. Connect all connectors and components that you previously removed.
2. Test the low coolant indicator.

Does the low coolant indicator operate properly?

--

System OK
